Refund Policy

The return window for items must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Unused products in original packaging are eligible, but used or damaged items are excluded. Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of order placement with refunds processed in 10 business days. Return shipping is customer-paid except for damaged items. Inspections take up to 10 business days, with refunds completed within 40 business days after confirmation. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photo documentation.
